Influences

Within the group we were all influenced by different films however i personally believe that there are two main thriller that influenced my ideas within the group.

'Lovely Bones' was a thriller which influenced my own ideas this is due the use of a young victim we have adapted. Personally i think a younger victim creates more emotion within the film and therefore makes it a more moving film. The idea of a psychopath stalking his victim is also created in 'Lovely Bones' and the idea we adapted in our film but through the use of photos.

  

The photo idea was many influenced by 'One Hour Photo' (2002). In this film it consists of the idea of a psychopath stalking there victim through photos.This idea is used within our thriller through the murderer stalking his victim through photos as he has picked his target and then kept a photo as a memory of there death.We wanted to achieve a dramatic thriller and i think by being inspired by 'Lovely Bones' alongside 'One Hour Photo' i think we have achieved the atmosphere which we wanted to create within our thriller.
